Important safety note

Better World Challenge is intended to encourage positive everyday actions. You are responsible for deciding whether any challenge is appropriate, safe, and lawful for you in your circumstances.

Do not do any challenge that could put you or anyone else at risk. If a challenge feels unsafe, unsuitable, too difficult, too easy, medically inappropriate, or not right for your situation, do not do it. Use the swap feature or skip it.

Challenge content is for general informational and motivational purposes only. It is not medical, mental health, legal, financial, fitness, safety, or professional advice.

Your responsibility

You agree that you will:

• use the app and website lawfully and responsibly;
• exercise your own judgment before attempting any challenge;
• stop immediately if a challenge feels unsafe or unsuitable;
• supervise children appropriately where relevant;
• not rely on Better World Challenge in an emergency or urgent situation.

Health and physical activity

Some challenges may involve movement, travel, outdoor activity, social interaction, or emotional effort. You should consider your own health, fitness, surroundings, abilities, and any relevant conditions before participating.

Assumption of risk

By using Better World Challenge, you accept that participating in real-world activities always carries some level of personal responsibility and risk. You take part voluntarily and at your own discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Better World Challenge and Emily's Apps Ltd are not responsible for injury, loss, damage, cost, or claim arising from your participation in a challenge, your reliance on challenge content, or your use of the app or website.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ripple features

Ripple statistics, invite codes, share messages, and related features are provided as product features for community participation. We may change, suspend, limit, or remove these features at any time.

Availability

We do not guarantee that the app, website, or any feature will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• misuse the app or website;
• attempt to interfere with service operation or security;
• use the product in a way that is harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful;
• misrepresent ripple participation or manipulate stats dishonestly.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the app, website, branding, copy, graphics, and product materials are owned by or licensed to Emily's Apps Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app or website after an update means you accept the revised terms.
